化粧品会社の研究所勤務、MBA留学、米国企業のマーケティング、大手カジュアル衣料チェーンの商品本部などを経て現在に至る。

兵庫県神戸市出身。 夫、長男（1歳）と東京都港区に在住。

Mika Shimonaka has worked for a Japanese retail company as well as various marketing functions in Japan and in the U.S.
She holds an M.B.A. from a U.S. business school and a B.S. from a Japanese university. She is originally from Kobe; lives in Minato-ku, Tokyo with her husband and son.
